Record-Setting Sunday

I beat my old record today! I jogged a total of 31.5 minutes today, with 29.5 at a speed of 4.8 and challenging myself the last two minutes at 5.4. I feel great! I probably could have done more, but didn't want to go overboard. Sunday at noon must be the high time of my biorhythm! I also credit Sonnie for helping me figure out where the heck the headphone jack was for my individual tv. Hillary Clinton was inspiring me until CSPAN had technical difficulties and then I watched Along Came Polly on USA.

Time flies (and so do my feet!) when I'm having fun. :) Yay!

P.S. My overall distance with warm-up and lengthy cool-down was almost 4 miles, but my distance run (jogged at a very modest pace) was 2.2 miles! Woohoooo!

Wowie Zowie!

I think it would help if my gym had TVs we could listen to. Football is always on and there's only subtitles. BORING!

I want an individual tv! Maybe I should figure out how to download movies onto the pod.

Mary, you continue to progress and I'm so proud of you. You don't hesitate. You remain focused and complete your goal. You are an inspiration.

Aww, y'all are so nice. :) I really think if everyone on Earth had an individual tv and a motivating speech, we could all be athletes.
