i'm gonna earl...

- Warmed up with a 20 minute game of racquetball. Is it still called racquetball when you play by yourself?

- Ran a mile at 10 min 46 sec even though every joint in my being was screaming bloody hell at me.

- Weight trained for about 25 minutes and felt pukey afterwards.

I feel fine now but overall it wasn't a great day at the gym for me.

Pass me the m&m's and lets call it a day.
