- Used the rock climbing wall and climbed two routes. I haven't climbed in at least a year and my forearms are killing me today.
- Used the rowing machine for five minutes (rowed half a mile!) and did some weight machines for my legs.
- Played two games of raquet ball, badly. It was my first time, and we were playing doubles with Amy and David, and I am not very good at games involving balls.
- I decided to see how fast I could run a mile. Nine minutes and 40 seconds! Wow! But, like I told Sonnie, I have to trade endurance for speed - there was no way I could have kept that pace up for more than a mile. I barely finished as it was and very nearly died after.
Whee!
