We are the Champions

Tuesday Afternoon:

30 min - elliptical trainer
30 min - walking

Tuesday Evening:

15 min - walking
10 min - jogging
10 min - walking
11 min 1913 sec - 1 mile run
14 min - walking
10 min - stretching

Tuesday evening was a good run for me, Chrissy, and Mary. As a team Mary and I shaved off time from our one mile run from 12 min 32 sec to 11 min 1913 sec. Chrissy ran her first mile with Mary and I and kept up wonderfully.

We continue to progress each and every time. I have the blisters to prove it. :)
