Girlsss...

Let me just start by saying (without my sarcastic or condescending tone) how very proud I am of all of you. I have read over a few of your posts and feel a slight surge in my estrogen levels, soon to be countered by giant flashes of testosterone (that's what happens when I run). As a couple of you know I am an avid runner and will happily give my 2 cents.

I would like to start with a few things that helped/help me.
1. good shoes: wear a potato sack and spend $$ on the shoes.
2. goals: I use the nike+, I can set goals, challenge friends, and keep up w/ miles ran while listening to my favorite hall and oats songs?
3. network of people: nothings better than taunting someone or cheering for someone or just a little healthy competition. (kealy is slow)
