Sweat Log

Tuesday
Lunch hour
Elliptical Trainer: 30 minutes
Weight training: 20 minutes

P.M.
In the evening I met up with Chrissy and Mary. We walked for a bit. We ran one mile together. We worked on abs and weight trained lower body.

Wednesday
Lunch hour
Elliptical: 35 minutes
Recumbent bike: 15 minutes

whoo-hoo! mary and i even stayed late and did another mile afterwards. boo-yah! also, ow. my abs hurt.
