Weekend Log

Saturday

Weight training consisting of machines, exercise ball with weighted balls, and ab work: 30 mimutes

Walking/Jogging outside: 30 minutes

Sunday

Racquetball: 45 min
Lap Swimming: 15 min
Leisure Swimming: 15 min
