humpin' it on hump day

elliptical trainer - 45 minutes

**Reading a large book while pumping my legs as fast as they can go on the elliptical trainer is also a good core workout. It takes balance to make sure I don't embarrass myself and fall off of the elliptical as I turn pages.

What kind of elliptical do you have? Ours have book holders.

The elliptical I was on had a book holder ledge too, but my book was pretty big. I had to hold on to the book half of the time and the other half it would stay opened for a little while.
