Hi ladies,
Here's my route, too. I think it will be a good idea if everyone comes up with their own "home" route since the chances that we will all be able to get together three times per week are somewhat slim (especially our non-Nacogdoches peops).
Sonnie, do you know how many times around the track at SFA or up at the bleacher level equals one mile? That might be a good place to workout on our own or together.
How does Sunday, January 6 sound for a start date for everyone? It's the beginning of the second week, but still the first Sunday in January, so we'll be doing all the good. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
Okay, here's my route. I have no idea why my last little part goes all awry by my driveway. Oh well. Maybe it's because I'll probably be in a frenzy by the time I make it home. Ha.

Nice run! I will post mine when I get back to Nac.
We'll be coming home on Sunday but I'm not sure what time. If I can't start then, I'll try for Monday. I'm looking forward to starting, especially after all this holiday eating and drinking.

Awesome! It rains here all the time. I'm in, but I'm training inside. I'm moving from the killamathing machine to the treadmill ... starting tomorrow. ;-)
Mary...at SFA's track (the upper level concrete track minus the ramps) it takes 2.5 times arounnd to equal one mile.
If you look at the big sign o' rules it lists all the info for the concourse (concrete track) and the lower level rubber track.
oh...and yes...i can meet up on sunday
