I have decided to not log in what I eat all the time. That will definitely get old. But in order to keep accountability to myself and to y'all I will try and do my best to log in my exercise.
Exercise:
SFA's Track: Walked/jogged 3 miles in 40 minutes
How I felt afterwards:
Accomplished and very sweaty.
How I feel now (3 hours later): Holy crap. I am tired.
