Here goes...

Exercise:

40 minutes - recumbent bike
10 minutes - jogging on the treadmill
10 minutes - cool down stretches

*Added:

1 hour - walking at the mall with my client

Foods:

Breakfast: Honey Oat Cereal mixed with some granola
Coffee with honey and fat free milk
Lunch: Beef Tips with white steamed rice
Banana
Half an orange
Half an apple
Grapes

*Added:

Dinner: Minestrone soup and cheese bread, russian tea

hm. yesterday i went to holiday party and had scads of cookies and wassail, and then decided to skip yoga.
